The platform is multi-tenant, and each organization’s data is isolated from every other one. This isolation is covered by automated tests.
Access is defined by role, by location and by clinical relationship. API keys carry their own scopes.
Every read of a health record is logged with the user, the time and the clinical relationship that allowed it.
Who saw or changed what is recorded across the system. Logs never contain sensitive data.
